Another way of getting the liver back to optimal health would be to lose any excess weight, increase physical exercise and eat a healthy well balanced nutritional diet regularly.

Reversing fatty liver effects in the future is going to be a lifelong commitment. Paying close attention to every thing you put in your body is going to be the absolute best way for you to extend the health of your liver.
